羊抗雞IgG免疫血清抗體上海博湖生物科技有限公司提供的熒光抗體是將抗血清，經(jīng)純化成抗體IgG成分，采用直接標(biāo)記方法，將異硫氰酸熒光素（FITC美國(guó)sigma產(chǎn)品）及異硫氰酸羅達(dá)明熒光素（紅色）（RBITC, sigma產(chǎn)）共價(jià)交聯(lián)到抗體（IgG）分子的賴氨酸分子上，并經(jīng)過純化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC濃度及效價(jià)鑒定而制成。
羊抗雞IgG免疫血清抗體應(yīng)用范圍：
1.用于細(xì)菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋體、鉤端螺旋體等微生物的抗原或抗體檢查。
2.用于臨床自身免疫病的多種自身抗體熒光檢查，如抗核抗體，抗心肌抗體等。
3.細(xì)胞因子等檢查的熒光流式細(xì)胞儀測(cè)定。
4.白細(xì)胞分型抗原的免疫熒光染色。

羊抗雞IgG免疫血清抗體主要性能：每支0.5ml液體，含有0.03%NaN3防腐，IgG蛋白，濃度在5mg左右，F(xiàn)ITC為sigma異構(gòu)體I，約在70？80μg/ml,495nm為zui大吸收峰。RBITC約20？40μg/mlzui大吸收555nm,zui大熒光光譜波長(zhǎng)為600nm。工作濃度用0.01mol/LpH7.4PBS作1：10？1：20稀釋使用，-20℃可保存一年，盡量少反復(fù)凍融。通稱第二抗體。
