兔抗小鼠IgG-FC免疫血清抗體本公司提供的熒光抗體是將抗血清，經(jīng)純化成抗體IgG成分，采用直接標(biāo)記方法，將異硫氰酸熒光素（FITC美國(guó)sigma產(chǎn)品）及異硫氰酸羅達(dá)明熒光素（紅色）（RBITC, sigma產(chǎn)）共價(jià)交聯(lián)到抗體（IgG）分子的賴氨酸分子上，并經(jīng)過(guò)純化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC濃度及效價(jià)鑒定而制成。
兔抗小鼠IgG-FC免疫血清抗體應(yīng)用范圍：
1.用于細(xì)菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋體、鉤端螺旋體等微生物的抗原或抗體檢查。
2.用于臨床自身免疫病的多種自身抗體熒光檢查，如抗核抗體，抗心肌抗體等。
3.細(xì)胞因子等檢查的熒光流式細(xì)胞儀測(cè)定。
4.白細(xì)胞分型抗原的免疫熒光染色。
5.免疫組織及免疫病理中抗原，抗體檢查，如各種腫瘤抗原檢查。
主要性能：每支0.5ml液體，含有0.03%NaN3防腐，IgG蛋白，濃度在5mg左右，F(xiàn)ITC為sigma異構(gòu)體I，約在70？80μg/ml,495nm為zui大吸收峰。RBITC約20？40μg/mlzui大吸收555nm,zui大熒光光譜波長(zhǎng)為600nm。工作濃度用0.01mol/LpH7.4PBS作1：10？1：20稀釋使用，-20℃可保存一年，盡量少反復(fù)凍融。通稱第二抗體。
